Warehouse worker, metalworker, TIG-welder
As workhouse worker, you are responsible for the proper receipt of incoming goods. Your goal is to check, measure, count, ... and ultimately approve or reject all incoming goods. You are responsible for assigning these parts to the correct projects or into stock. If you have a BE driving license, you will occasionally be able to pick up parts from local suppliers. As a metal worker you need to ensure that all parts have undergone all the necessary finishing processes. Some parts will need to be finished internally (tapped, deburred, etc.) and you are responsible for seeing that this work is complete. Others need the be prepared, packed and loaded to be sent to supplies for finishing (welding, pearl-blasting, etc.). You will assess which parts need which processes and where they need to be assigned based on the order lists and 3D drawings of the projects. As a TIG welder you will weld stainless steel parts according to the 3D welding drawings. The amount of welding varies depending on the types of projects and busyness in the welding department. This function can be expanded to include the assembly of small sub-assemblies as well as more expansive warehouse and stock management. In principle, you will always be working at the company’s main facility.
