Sales Engineer, calculator
As a Sales Engineer / Calculator, you will be part of a dynamic team where, together with two colleagues, you are responsible for processing all new inquiries. You will work together to devise a suitable concept, machine, or solution that perfectly meets the needs of the customer. You will then develop this concept into a detailed 2D top view, taking into account the available space and the specific requirements of the customer. Once the concept is fully developed, you will carry out precise calculations and prepare a quotation. You will then discuss this extensively with the customer and closely monitor the progress. To ensure the quotation processes run smoothly, you will continuously update the necessary calculation tools and create new calculators based on post-calculations. In addition to following up on projects, you ensure that everything remains structured and organized, so all information can be easily retrieved. You will work primarily at our office, but occasionally a client visit will be required to discuss the details further. You are also responsible for making post-calculations of existing machines and their options. Based on this, you will prepare new quotations so that customers receive a suitable quote promptly.
